Jiku J. Elamathail

Jiku J. Elamathail (2006) obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at York University in 2002. He attended the University of Windsor Law School and graduated with an LL.B. in 2005. While at the University of Windsor, Jiku served as the Vice President of Operations for the Students’ Law Society in 2004/2005.

He articled at Benson Percival Brown in 2005/2006 and joined the firm as an associate upon his call to the bar in July 2006.

Jiku is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Canadian Bar Association.

Jiku works primarily in the areas of insurance defence litigation and subrogation.
