Harvey Klein

Harvey Klein (1978) articled at Benson McMurtry and has been a member of the firm since his call to the bar in 1978. He obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Toronto in 1972 and a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Windsor in 1976.

Harvey currently practices as a senior partner dealing primarily with insurance, negligence and personal injury litigation.

Harvey acts as trial counsel for several other law firms. He belongs to the Law Society of Upper Canada, the County of York Law Association, the Metropolitan Toronto Lawyers Association, the Canadian Bar Association, the Medical Legal Society, the Canadian Defence Research Institute and the Canadian Defence Lawyers Association.
