David A.
Patton
David A. Patton (1992) completed his Bachelor of Arts and
Bachelor of Laws degrees at the University of Saskatchewan.
He moved to Toronto to article with Benson Percival Brown
and was called to the bar in 1992. Upon his call to the bar,
David practiced with the firm.
While working as an associate at Benson Percival Brown,
David also provided in-house legal services to one of Canada's
largest insurers.
He was admitted into the partnership of Benson Percival
Brown in 1997.
David is a member of the Defence Research Institute, the
Canadian Defence Lawyers Association, the Advocates Society,
the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Metropolitan Toronto
Lawyers Association and the County of York Law Association.
