Christian P. Caffarena
Christian P. Caffarena (2004) obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree (Honours) in Criminology and Anthropology from the University of Windsor in 2000. He attended Queens Law School and graduated with an LL.B. in 2003.
While studying at Queens Christian worked as a student caseworker for the Correctional Law Project. He represented Federal Inmates at the National Parole Board and Disciplinary Hearings. While with the Correctional Law Project he worked at six federal penitentiaries, including Millhaven and Joyceville.
Christian articled for Benson Percival Brown in 2003 and joined the firm as an associate upon his call to the bar in July of 2004.
Christian is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, and the Canadian Bar Association. He is fluent in Spanish.
